We provide quality education, intervention and treatment services. We also provide patient advocacy, case management, and more. A Counselor is available online or in-person.

Intake Assessments Uniform Report/Evaluation
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their relationship with alcohol or other mood altering drugs. Typically, one to three hours. Have all documents necessary to complete. Including driving record, sworn report

Intervention Services
Minimal Risk – Risk Education on Drugs. The Factors that influence a drug’s effect. The Short and Long term Effects of drug use, The Risk factors for Substance Use Disorder, Blood Alcohol Concentration, DUI laws and the consequences associated with alcohol and other drug use as well as the risks and consequences associated with impaired driving.

Significant Risk – 10 hours of Risk education, 20 hours of Outpatient Treatment and 12 hours of Continuing Care over a six-month period.

Secretary of State Form Prep
We have guided deserving individuals through the secretary of state process of regaining their driving privileges. In-person recommended, this session helps review all documentation, complete a uniform report or update, and respond, if necessary to a letter of denial.
